DDI Netwrok Engineer (DNS, DHCP & IPAM) / Network L2 / L3

Responsibilities :

This engineer will assist in critical activities include centralization of DHCP, management / monitoring of core DNS / DHCP integration with Windows Active Directory Service

• Stage, configure, install, document, and troubleshoot Efficient IP DNS, DHCP and IPAM infrastructure.
• Upgrade and patch DDI infrastructure
• Work closely and effectively with customers, partners, vendors, and fellow team members to provide exceptional customer service.
• Respond to incoming tickets, troubleshoot, and escalate, if necessary.
• Network trends analysis for capacity planning and proactive fault finding.
• Root cause analysis of network syslog and documentation.
• Work with TAC as and when required.
• Good Knowledge and hand-on with Network administration
• Should have extensive knowledge of switching / Routing.
• Contribute to documentation, review standards and operational procedures
• Troubleshooting the issues on different network platforms LAN, Wireless
• Provide RCA of the major incidents / problems
• Candidate should be flexible to work in 24
• 7 rotational shift
