Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Coordinator based in Navi Mumbai. The Human Resources Coordinator will manage day-to-day HR operations, including benefits administration, employee relations, and coordinating HR policies. The role also involves assisting with HR management functions, maintaining compliance with company policies, and acting as a point of contact for HR-related queries.

Qualifications

• Any HSC or Graduate.
• Proficiency in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) practices.
• Experience with Benefits Administration and Employee Relations.
• Knowledge of HR Policies and their implementation.
• Have knowledge of Bulk Hiring.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site capacity.
• Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources is advantage.
