Job description

Manage end-to-end procurement processes to ensure timely sourcing of goods and services.

Conduct vendor negotiations to secure competitive pricing, quality products, and favorable terms.

Maintain inventory levels by coordinating with internal teams and monitoring supply requirements.

Build and sustain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliability and quality performance.

Track procurement budgets and support cost-control initiatives within the department.

Ensure compliance with organizational procurement policies and standards.

Support documentation, purchase order management, and vendor performance tracking.

Assist in identifying opportunities to streamline procurement operations for improved efficiency.
