Job descriptionLead customer discussions and explain technical feasibility Coordinate with engineering for unsupported customer requirements Translate content delivery needs into implementation plans Ensure readiness of assets, metadata, playlists, and automation scripts
Key Deliverables :
- Act as primary technical lead for customer onboarding and channel go-live
- Draft technical requirement specs and coordinate with internal teams
- Validate and double-check deployments, configurations, and customizations
- Mentor implementation engineers and ensure quality standards
