Qualifications

Experience in software development, including designing, coding, and testing

Strong knowledge of programming languages and frameworks such as JavaScript, Python, or Java

Familiarity with database management and integration (e.g., SQL, NoSQL)

Experience with cloud technologies and services (e.g., AWS, Azure)

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and remotely

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is preferred

Experience in eCommerce or related industries is a plus

Backend Developer

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Backend Developers to join a collaborative team building solutions in the e-commerce, order management, and logistics domain. You will work on feature development across core backend services, focusing on system performance, integrations, and reliable data processing.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and optimize backend features using Python , Flask , and SQLAlchemy

Develop and maintain data models and business logic interfacing with MSSQL databases

Write and maintain automated tests using pytest to ensure code quality

Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues, bugs, and integration challenges

Required Skills & Experience

Strong proficiency in Python with hands-on experience in Flask

Solid understanding of SQLAlchemy and relational databases ( MSSQL preferred)

Experience with pytest and test-driven development practices

Familiarity with version control, CI / CD workflows, and team-based development

Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or systems integrations (preferred)

Comfortable working in a Linux-based development environment (preferred platform).

Soft Skills

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Clear communication and teamwork in a remote environment

Ability to deliver quality features within deadlines
