Project Head (High Salary)

We’re Hiring : Project Head at Maanavi Homes

At Maanavi Homes, we blend Indian craftsmanship with contemporary design to create timeless custom furniture and interiors. With 100+ projects delivered pan India, we are now looking for a Project Head to lead our projects from planning to handover.

Role : Project Head

Location : Pandesara, Surat

Working Days : 6 days a week (1 weekly off)

Experience Required : Minimum 3 years in a similar role in the furniture / interiors industry

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, timelines, and budgets; prepare detailed project plans.
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams including design, production, and site staff.
• Ensure accurate site measurements, drawings, and documentation.
• Maintain quality standards through strict QC checks during production and installation.
• Act as the link between design, production, and client, ensuring smooth coordination.
• Manage risks, resolve site challenges, and ensure projects stay on track.
• Oversee logistics, delivery, installation, and final handover.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and prepare snag lists for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety norms and company policies.
• Drive customer satisfaction through timely and flawless delivery.
