We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to strategic sales initiatives. Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Develop customized sales proposals and presentations based on client needs.
- Manage the sales pipeline and accurately forecast revenue.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine offerings and messaging.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent the company.
- Maintain CRM records and generate reports on sales performance.
- Assist in contract negotiation and deal closure.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (B2B preferred).Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.Preferred Attributes :
