Required Skills and Qualifications :

✅ 8+ years of hands-on experience with Cisco UC solutions, including :

Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)

Unity Connection

IM & Presence (IM&P)

✅ Strong expertise with Webex and Microsoft Teams Phone systems

✅ Proven ability in troubleshooting voice and video calls, as well as identifying and resolving network-related issues

✅ Current certifications :

Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Voice or Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Voice (or equivalent)

Microsoft Certified : Teams Administrator Associate (or equivalent)

✅ Deep understanding of MS Teams Phone, including calling plans, number management, and third-party integrations

• ✅ Familiar with cloud-based voice solutions such as Webex Calling and Microsoft Teams Calling
