Lead - EHS Training & Capabilities

Responsibilities

Develop and implement EHS training programs to educate employees at all levels on safety protocols and best practices

• Create engaging training materials, presentations, and workshops to promote awareness and understanding of EHS policies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and tailor programs to address specific requirements
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve training content and delivery methods
• Lead the integration of EHS principles into daily operations and promote a culture of safety and environmental stewardship
• Support the development of EHS policies, procedures, and guidelines in alignment with regulatory standards - Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and areas for improvement
• Provide guidance and mentorship to EHS specialists and coordinators to ensure compliance and consistency across the organization
• Collaborate with external stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and industry partners to share best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

Education Qualification : -

Bachelor&aposs degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field - Master&aposs degree or relevant certification (e.g., CSP, CIH) is preferred

Experience : -

Minimum of 15 years of experience in the Real Estate industry - Proven track record in designing and delivering EHS training programs - Extensive experience in regulatory compliance and risk management
