As we prepare for launch, we are looking for a GTM Lead — a builder, strategist, and doer who can design and execute our growth journey from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities :
1️⃣ User Acquisition & Growth
- Define and execute a roadmap to acquire the first 1 million users within 12 months.
- Lead growth experiments across Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, influencer funnels, and community networks .
- Manage paid campaigns ( Meta Ads, Google, YouTube ) and optimize CAC, installs, and retention.
- Build and scale distribution through partnerships with local influencers, cultural groups, and community organizations .
2️⃣ Messaging & Positioning
Create segment-wise messaging playbooks (youth, families, NRIs, regional audiences).Maintain brand tone and storytelling across app, social, and campaigns.Continuously refine communication through data-driven testing.3️⃣ Execution & Ownership
Run hands-on digital campaigns, influencer programs, and referral loops .Drive offline activations (temple-linked tie-ups, local events, grassroots marketing).Negotiate and close partnerships that fuel scalable growth.4️⃣ Retention & Engagement
Foster daily / weekly user engagement through content and community hooks .Implement referral, gamification, and engagement strategies for stickiness.Collaborate with product / content teams to enhance user retention.5️⃣ Analytics & Reporting
Build and own growth dashboards ( DAU, WAU, CAC, LTV, retention ).Conduct A / B tests and funnel analysis to optimize acquisition and conversion.Translate insights into actionable growth strategies.
Qualifications :
5–10 years in GTM, growth, or marketing roles within consumer apps or digital community platforms.Proven success in scaling user bases from 0 → 100 K+ .Strong balance of strategy and execution — equally comfortable designing plans and running campaigns.Expertise in both digital growth and offline / community engagement .Analytical mindset with rapid-iteration ability.Bonus : fluency in Telugu and understanding of regional consumer behavior.Why People Tech Group
