Education :

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field

Desired Candidate Profile :

Candidate with minimum 10 plus  years in Selling , preferably from Automation / Power / Electrical industries .

A successful candidate should have excellent technical skills and the ability to conduct in-depth research. In addition to this, you should remain up to date with the company's products, services and latest industry trends. You should also be detail-oriented and able to handle stressful situations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage Complete Sales Activities of assigned region and grow the sales .
• Ensure Consistent and Profitable Sales from the region
• Identifies action plan for Short and Long-Term Sales
• Identifying and develop new Customers, Channel Partners .
• Developing and Handling Major Key accounts in respective Areas.
• Accurate Forecast -Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Sales
• Plan Sales Visits and Adhere to Plan.
• Provide technical assistance to customers when ever required .
• Participate in Trade shows / Product demo events etc.
• Work with relevant department for growth of the organisation
• Prepare sales documents and reports .
