Job descriptionAnalysis of complex mainframe programs is a must skill. You must be experienced in maintaining systems in the MVS mainframe environment. You should have worked in Mainframe application development. You should be able to negotiate, influence and work with business peers and management. You should have experience of working in an agile environment Ability to understand the requirements and come up with end-to-end optimal solution Should possess strong analytical skills to review the production problems reported Able to do unit testing

The Expertise We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic / practical experience.
- 3-6 years of IT industry experience with Mainframe development experience
- Good understanding of the financial services industry.
You must possess strong background on COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, MVS, Endeavor ISPF, TSO, CICS, Control-M, and basic IBM utilities.
