We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst cum QA to join our Salesforce team and play a key role in bridging business requirements with system functionality across Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud . This hybrid role combines analytical thinking, precise documentation, and hands-on quality validation to ensure that our Salesforce solutions remain robust, scalable, and business-aligned .The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both business processes and Salesforce CRM logic , be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders, and demonstrate strong testing discipline to deliver error-free, high-quality releases .

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis

• Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements across Sales, Service, and Marketing functions.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Analyze existing Salesforce processes and propose optimization or automation improvements.
• Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure solution feasibility and scalability.
• Maintain end-to-end process documentation and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
