Gurukul Homes Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and a client-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities :
- Generate and follow up on sales leads for residential properties
- Conduct property presentations and site visits
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Negotiate deals and close sales
- Meet monthly sales targets
- Maintain market knowledge and trends
Eligibility Criteria :
Salary : ₹2.4 to ₹4 Lakhs per annum (based on experience and performance)
