Job descriptionMBA / PGDM in HR or related field. 2–4 years of HR experience (preferably in retail, fashion, or lifestyle sectors). Strong knowledge of HR operations, TA, employee relations, and compliance. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Proficient in Google Workspace and HRMS tools. Opportunity to shape HR strategy in a growing brand. Dynamic, creative, and collaborative work culture. Competitive compensation package.
Position : HR Lead
Location : Pune (Baner) – On-site
Experience : 2–4 Years
Company : Divine Lane
Shift Time - 11 am to 8 pm
Weekly Off : Sun (6-day workweek)
Salary : Upto 6 LPA

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Partner with management to design and execute HR policies aligned with company values.
- Handle payroll coordination, attendance, and compliance-related activities.
- Identify training needs and facilitate employee development programs.
- Manage grievance handling and maintain a positive workplace environment.
- Support manpower planning and workforce forecasting.
- Drive employer branding and team-building initiatives.
