Job Role : Program Manager

The Program Manager at Amra plays a pivotal role in supporting the rhythm of daily operations while also expanding the organisation’s reach through outreach, events, and relationship-building. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on both strategic planning and meaningful connection within the school and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

Outreach & Community Building

• Represent Amra in parenting groups, community forums, early childhood events, and professional platforms.
• Build and nurture partnerships with local organisations and experts to enhance visibility and foster collaborative growth.
• Support Amra’s storytelling and outreach efforts in collaboration with the communications team by sharing authentic stories and reflections from the ground.
