Key Responsibilities :

Solutioning & Implementation Leadership :

• Lead the solution design and implementation of recruitment delivery models for new client programs (RPO, project-based, embedded, etc.).
• Partner with Business Development to craft tailored TA solutions and present them to prospective clients.
• Translate client needs into detailed operational plans, timelines, and scalable frameworks aligned with Talent500’s methodologies.
• Drive solutioning workshops, process mapping, and change management conversations with senior stakeholders.
• Own the implementation roadmap, ensuring delivery milestones are met with precision, quality, and consistency.
