The Senior Communication Associate will be responsible for developing and executing communication strategies that strengthen the company's reputation, engage stakeholders, and support business objectives. The role involves managing internal and external communications, media relations, content creation, social media, and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Communication Strategy Development : Assist in creating and implementing comprehensive communication plans to enhance internal and external communications.
- Content Creation : Write, edit, and proofread content for press releases, newsletters, social media, website, and internal channels. Develop compelling stories aligned with brand messaging.
- Media Relations : Build and maintain relationships with media contacts, draft press materials, manage media inquiries, and coordinate media events and interviews.
- Internal Communications : Develop and distribute internal communication to ensure employees are informed and engaged. Support internal communication campaigns.
- Digital & Social Media : Manage and grow the company's social media presence, develop content, and monitor engagement.
- Measurement & Reporting : Track and analyze communication effectiveness, and prepare reports and presentations on communication activities and outcomes.
Mandatory Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or similar roles.Proven experience in creating and executing communication strategies.Skills Required
