Overview
We are seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Consultant with strong expertise in Onboarding 2.0 (ONB 2.0) , Recruiting Management (RCM) , and Employee Central (EC) . The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end implementations , integrations, and support activities — ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for global clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 including configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, create functional specifications, and align solutions with business goals.
- Integrate ONB 2.0 with RCM and EC modules for efficient data flow and process consistency.
- Design and configure onboarding workflows, panels, and business rules tailored to client needs.
- Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for ONB 2.0, RCM, and EC .
- Conduct client workshops , end-user training, and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors releases , applying best practices and innovations.
- Work collaboratively with HR, IT, and vendor teams in global project environments.
Requirements
Experience : 5–8 years in SAP SuccessFactors; minimum 3 years in Onboarding 2.0 .Expertise : Proven hands-on experience in RCM and EC with full-cycle implementation success.Certifications : SAP SuccessFactors Associate Certification in Onboarding 2.0 (mandatory); RCM or EC certifications are a plus.Methodologies : Experience with SAP Activate and Agile delivery frameworks .Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HRIS , IT, or related field.Global Exposure : Experience in multi-country rollouts and global implementations.Soft Skills : Strong communication, client management, and leadership abilities.Skills & Keywords
