We are looking for a data-driven and proactive Paid Media Executive to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital channels. The ideal candidate should understand audience targeting, analytics, ad operations, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation.
Optimize campaigns for KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions, and overall performance.
Monitor daily campaign performance and make real-time adjustments.
Create ad copy, coordinate with design teams for creatives, and ensure timely campaign delivery.
Run A / B testing for creatives, ad copies, and landing pages.
Track and report campaign performance with clear insights and recommendations.
Manage budgets efficiently and ensure campaigns stay within allocated spends.
Implement retargeting and remarketing strategies to maximize ROI.
Stay updated with the latest platform updates, trends, and best practices.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between paid media, content, and overall marketing strategy.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in paid digital marketing or performance marketing roles.
Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and other paid platforms.
Knowledge of Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and conversion setup.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data.
Basic understanding of landing page optimization.
Proficiency in Excel / Sheets for reporting.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
