Job description
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team for smooth day-to-day operations
  • Prepare sales quotations, purchase orders, and invoices as per client requirements
  • Coordinate with internal departments like logistics, accounts, and dispatch for order fulfillment
  • Handle customer queries, follow-ups, and maintain good client relationships
  • Maintain accurate records of sales data, leads, and client communications
  • Support in preparing sales reports, MIS, and tracking sales targets
  • Ensure timely processing of orders and documentation
  • Follow up with customers for payments, order confirmations, and service feedback
  • Manage CRM or sales software for data entry and tracking leads
  • Assist in marketing campaigns, product catalog updates, and customer communication

    • Educational Qualification :

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
    • 2 to 6 years of experience in back office sales support or a similar role
