Location : Mysuru (On-site)

Time / Day : 9am to 6 pm ( Mon - Sat )

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Career Counselor with strong communication and interpersonal skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in connecting with leads, understanding their career aspirations, and guiding them toward the right course at Epixable Academy.

Key Responsibilities :

Contact potential students from generated leads via phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Counsel students and parents regarding course details, career opportunities, and admission process.
Understand the students' interests and recommend the most suitable program (Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, or Motion Graphics).
Maintain proper follow-up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets.
Coordinate with the marketing team for lead updates and campaign improvements.

Requirements :

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Career Counselor or in a similar role.

Excellent communication and convincing skills (English & Kannada preferred).

Basic understanding of Digital Marketing or Creative Design fields.

Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.

Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset.
