Your Tasks
- Manage and maintain global communication and collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Exchange, or SAP Workzone
- Ensure smooth operation of email & telecommunication systems, instant messaging, and video conferencing tools
- Monitor system performance and implement necessary updates and patches according to ITIL standards
- Document features and changes for administrators and end users via FAQ pages and manuals
- Support end-users in effective use of communication and collaboration tools
- Align with other IT teams to integrate communication tools with other systems
- Collaborate as part of a global IT Communication & Collaboration service team
Your Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field2–4 years of proven experience in application operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Microsoft & SAP services (e.g., MS Teams, Exchange)In-depth skills related to application lifecycle, including security and maintenance procedures for Microsoft Applications and the M365 environmentFamiliarity with cloud platforms and proven experience with service management tools like ServiceNowRelevant certifications are a plus (e.g., Microsoft Certified, ITIL Certified)Strong global communication and collaboration skillsFluent English, both spoken and writtenPowerShell scripting skills are helpfulSkills Required
