Branch Head - Financial Services Overview :
The Branch Head will oversee branch-level sales, operations, and team management.
This role focuses on driving business targets, ensuring compliance, and providing superior customer service while leading the branch team toward consistent growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage daily branch operations including sales, back-office, and customer service.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets for financial products like FDs / NCDs, lockers, mutual funds, and insurance.
- Develop and execute local sales strategies to grow customer base and revenue.
- Support HNI client relationship building and cross-selling initiatives.
- Ensure timely credit approvals, collections, and maintenance of portfolio quality.
- Conduct team training, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Maintain compliance with RBI / SEBI regulations and internal audit standards.
- Track sales performance, client feedback, and maintain accurate MIS reports.
- Promote branch visibility through marketing and promotional activities.
- Ensure a superior customer experience and build long-term client & Experience :
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial product sales, with 2+ years in team management.
- Strong understanding of branch operations, customer engagement, and financial compliance.
