Required Skills & Experience

• 4–5 years of hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud , including configuration, deployment, and performance optimization.
• Proven expertise in AI-driven capabilities , such as :
• Integration with Copilot and other intelligent assistant tools.
• Utilization of AI summarization technologies to streamline workflows.
• Implementation of Agent Assist features to support real-time customer interactions.
• Strong background in IVR design and workflow automation , with a focus on enhancing contact center operations.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI to improve customer experience and drive operational efficiency.
• Experience in integrating third-party applications to extend platform functionality and support business needs
