Talent Management :

We've been doing great work and are growing - we're hiring across roles, including awesome folks to lead ourTalent Relations unit (Chtrbox Represent) where we exclusively manage brand collabs & help with content strategy for leading influencers. This role would entail, but not be limited to :

Responsibilities :

• You will be the face of the company to talent, and we want each talent you work with to have an amazing experience. You will need to know when to be friendly, and when to be professional, and how to strike that balance.
• Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders.Attend relevant events for networking and business purpose.
• Develop content ideas and write and curate content
• Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience and user. Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaign.
• Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies and influencers. Liaising with the marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels
