Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Clinical Application Specialist, based in Bengaluru. The Clinical Application Specialist will be responsible for providing clinical support, conducting user training on diagnostic imaging equipment such as CT and MRI systems, and assisting healthcare professionals in optimizing equipment usage. The role also involves troubleshooting, supporting sales teams by demonstrating the clinical benefits of Sanrad's products, and addressing client queries to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in training healthcare staff on CT & MRI equipment (Toshiba & Fujifilm system preferred)
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Basic understanding of Sales to support presentations and product demonstrations
• Proactive problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset
• Relevant degree in Radiology, Medical Imaging, or a related field is preferred
