Roles & Responsibilities :

• Oversee and lead the India-based support team of developers, DBAs, and architects to ensure seamless collaboration with US operations.
• Coordinate tasks and deliverables to be completed during the India shift, enabling extended support coverage and ensuring work is ready before the start of the next US business day.
• Develop the teams technical and business acumen.
• Identify, analyze, and create efficiencies within existing solutions
• Participate in planning and meeting the organizations future technology needs.
• Leverage best practices, industry standards to plan and implement Holman solutions.
• Responsible for the initial training of new hires as well as the ongoing development of assigned team members.
• Support the growth and development of assigned employees and conduct performance reviews.
• Delegate tasks and set deadlines.
• Set clear team goals, monitor team performance, and report on metrics
• Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
