Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region for an HR Recruiter. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates, interviewing, and hiring best-fit candidates for multiple roles within the organisation. The HR Recruiter will also be managing job postings, conducting background checks, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new employees.

Qualifications

• 0-2 Years of experience in Talens Acquisition is a must
• Sourcing and attracting candidates, recruiting, interviewing
• Managing job postings and conducting background checks
• Coordinating with hiring managers and ensuring seamless onboarding
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in HR recruitment practices is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
