Job description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist . The role involves managing a broad range of HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, payroll coordination, and HR operations to ensure smooth and efficient HR processes across the organization both for India & UK region

Key Responsibilities :

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer rollout.
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
  • Maintain candidate databases and track hiring metrics.

2. Employee Engagement & Welfare

  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and events.
  • Address employee queries and grievances with empathy and confidentiality.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • 3. Performance Management

  • Support performance appraisal cycles and feedback sessions.
  • Track goal-setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
  • 4. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain and update employee records (HRMS, attendance, leave, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and labor laws.
  • Manage exit formalities and offboarding process.
  • 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿

  • 2–4 years’ experience in HR and Talent Acquisition
  • Strong sourcing and hiring skills; experience with pipelines and employer branding
  • Exposure to performance reviews, compensation, engagement, and policies
  • Empathetic, approachable, organized, and credible at all levels
  • Committed to building a culture of openness and motivation
  • Bonus : Early-stage HR / TA experience, compensation benchmarking, or engagement program design.
