The ideal candidate will have expertise in proxy analysis to identify scenarios where no workload is provided, as well as the ability to forecast workforce requirements for future growth and expansion, including potential skill gaps.
To achieve this, the successful candidate will create different staffing scenarios based on various market conditions to assess potential risks and opportunities. They will also develop long-term staffing plans in collaboration with key stakeholders to plan for new business and growth impact hiring needs based on projected demand.
In addition, the successful candidate should possess strong analytical and creativity skills to relay actionable data to drive outcomes. Data Visualization and creation ability are also essential for this role.
