Business Systems Analyst Role

Gather and analyze business requirements for Salesforce implementations, then document them thoroughly. You will also write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to support Agile delivery.

As a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, you will facilitate seamless collaboration. Additionally, develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards that inform data-driven decisions.

• Prior experience as a Business Systems Analyst is required.
• You should have strong skills in requirement gathering, story writing, and Salesforce reporting / dashboards.
• A deep understanding of Salesforce Sales, Service, and Health Cloud modules is essential.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills are necessary.
