As a Senior Brand Manager, you will craft and execute brand strategy across offline and digital channels. This includes owning GTM strategies for product launches, campaigns, and seasonal activations.
Key responsibilities include leading market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to sharpen our edge. You will write insight-driven creative briefs that ignite standout campaigns and manage brand shoots from ideation to storyboarding and production.
Additionally, you will oversee daily creative output, including web, POS, packaging, and performance assets. You will also execute performance marketing campaigns with internal teams and agencies and optimize CRM, email, SMS, WhatsApp, and loyalty programs for retention and engagement.
Success in this role requires proven success with mid-to-large-scale brand campaigns and digital-first strategies. You should have a strong shoot and creative execution portfolio, hands-on experience with GTM strategies, performance marketing, and retention tools.
