Certification in SAP SD is essential.

Job Description :

• In-depth understanding of Order Management cycle / Sales and Distribution related SAP processes.
• Expertise in configuration of SAP Order management : Enterprise structure, sales office, sales groups, item categories and sales document.
• Basic level of the Technical aspects of SAP Order management to guide the technical team.
• Troubleshooting Skills : investigate, analyse, and solve problems and map client business requirements.
• Creating / Configuring and Maintaining, Material Master, Customer Master, CMIR, Inclusion / Exclusion, Incompletion processes.
• In-depth process knowledge of Sales, Shipping, Billing, Pricing Conditions, Account Assignment, and Credit management.
• Good understanding of SAP SD / FI integration.
• Good communication skills.
• Problem resolution (troubleshooting, searching OSS) and escalation.
• Good communications and consultancy skills.
• SAP SD Certification is a must
