Job Description :

• Design, Development and Deployment of User Stories as per the Sprint Plan.
• Resolve the 3rd level support issues.
• Interacting with code GTS development team, support team and technical team. Should be able to understand the requirements / problems of the business users and able to suggest solutions.
• Understand the template solution and Sales Business Framework to prepare process level documentation as per project requirements.
• Participate in Project scoping workshop and understand the relevant sub-processes which are applicable with respect to SAP GTS and foreign trade on ERP side. Should have a very good consulting skill.
• Should be able to work on GTS E4H version.
• Initialization and implementation of process adjustments, standardization, and optimization.
• Good process understanding with respect to end-to-end ERP -GTS scenario which include mainly on Customs, Preference and Compliance.
• Basic Knowledge of support processes E.g. foreign trade, packaging, pricing, authorization and several other processes chains which are interlinked with GTS and SD.
• Work with customer business teams and project teams effectively; Conduct requirement-gathering workshops, map these into SAP GTS processes and identify gaps and solution to these gaps.
• Working experience of S / 4 HANA and Fiori Apps is added advantage.
• Knowledge in interfaces, webservices connectivity, API etc. to SAP and non-SAP system.
• Same as above with additional exposure to project management (Agile), testing and training.
