Job description

Role : Product Strategy – Growth

Location : Bengaluru

Employment Type : Full-Time

We’re looking for a Product Strategy – Growth professional with 4–6 years of experience to shape and scale customer growth initiatives across acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty. This role combines strategic consulting discipline with hands-on B2C product execution, using data-driven insights, structured experimentation, and product-led retention strategies to unlock sustainable growth and deliver measurable business impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive customer growth through product-focused initiatives and experiments
  • Build and scale rewards & loyalty programs to boost retention and engagement.
  • Use data and analytics to identify opportunities and optimize performance
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and business teams to execute growth strategies
  • Lead A / B tests and champion / challenger experiments to validate ideas.
  • Present insights and dashboards to leadership with clear business impact.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education : Bachelor’s in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field and MBA / Master’s

from a top-tier institution preferred

Experience : 4–6 years total experience.

At least 2 years in B2C hyper-frequent use cases (credit cards, gaming, trading, quick

commerce) OR 2–3 years in top-tier consulting (MBB, preferably first cohort)

Tools & Skills :

  • Strong with numbers, data analysis, and financial modeling
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and analytics tools (Tableau / Python preferred)
  • Hands-on with growth funnels, lifecycle management, and cohort analysis
  • Experience in product-led retention and scaling loyalty programs
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management
