Position
Axience is seeking an
Analyst – Growth & Strategy Execution
who will sit at the intersection of business development, strategic growth planning, and execution. Though related to pre-sales and lead generation, this role is more strategic than typical pre-sales : you will help shape growth plans, monitor strategy implementation, analyze market dynamics, and support Axience’s expansion. You will turn strategy into action, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure that growth initiatives are tracked, adapted and scaled.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales & Business Development Support
Be part of pre-sales / business development and inside sales team in prospect research, campaign management and execution
Understand Axience pre-sales and business development process in detail and be responsible for managing / co-managing a team of fixed and moving resources including interns and full-time staff
Lead generation by building prospect lists using databases / LinkedIn / web-based information
Execute inside-sales by reviewing existing sales databases, past meetings and contacts and understanding accounts
Generate new leads based on themes, segments and news flows
Conduct email outreach campaigns to set up calls / meetings
Assist in preparation for and follow-up on meetings
Maintain, manage, update and disseminate various collateral including brochures, presentations, templates and others
Track metrics : conversion rates, lead funnel performance, win / loss analyses
Growth Strategy Development
Contribute to formulating growth plans
Help define KPIs and OKRs for growth initiatives.
Execution & Operationalization
Help project-manage strategic initiatives : set timelines, coordinate between teams
Monitor execution : track progress vs targets, suggest course corrections
Strategic Reporting & Insights
Produce regular dashboards and reports for leadership
Generate insights from internal and external sources
Qualifications & Skills
Experience and Background
International exposure and / or professional experience (early-career candidates returning to India welcome),
or
Strong BD experience in KPO / financial data platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet, PitchBook),
or
Evidence of exceptional desk-based efficiency plus market savvy.
Education
Strong Bachelor’s / Master’s from top programs (business, law, liberal arts, economics, analytics, etc.).
Among the

High attention to detail, analytical rigor, speed and efficiency.
Comfortable with ambiguity; proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented.
