Job Brief :

As a Communication Intern you will play a key role in revamping our internal communication channels updating policies and procedures across departments and curating content for the Intranet to ensure clarity accessibility and visual appeal.

Job Specification :

• Curate edit and publish engaging content for the company intranet ensuring all pages reflect updated and accurate information.
• Collaborate with various departments to review standardize and update their policies procedures and templates in a clear employee-friendly format.
• Redesign and structure the internal communication page to improve navigation design aesthetics and employee engagement.
• Design infographics creative visuals and layouts to simplify complex policies or updates using design tools.
• Partner with HR IT and department leads to gather inputs identify content gaps and suggest creative ideas for improved knowledge sharing.
• Support the rollout of the new internal communication framework ensuring consistency and alignment with brand tone and company values.

Job Specification :
