We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Finance to lead our financial operations, drive business performance, and ensure robust financial management. As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy of the organization and contributing to long-term growth and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities & Duties :

• Develop and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with business goals.
• Develop and operationalize Multi geo strategy for the company in alliance with Sales and Marketing.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to the executive team and board.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and analysis.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and investment planning.
• Lead efforts to optimize capital structure and funding strategies.
• Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations (e.g., tax, audit, legal filings).
• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
• Identify and execute Automation for the Finance function.
• Act as an advisor for the Automation Centre of Excellence to ideate and develop automation strategies for customer.
