Job descriptionClearly communicate the benefits of Ogha’s integrated approach to health and wellness. Coordinate consultations with medical and wellness specialists to ensure seamless client experience. Handle queries effectively with deep product and service knowledge. Support marketing campaigns and health awareness initiatives to attract potential clients. Represent Ogha at wellness events, exhibitions, and networking programs to enhance brand visibility. Provide feedback from clients and leads to refine marketing and sales strategies. Maintain accurate lead data, and communication logs in CRM tools. Prepare weekly performance and conversion reports for management review. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery. Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or related fields. Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare, medical, or premium service sales. Excellent English communication skills — both spoken and written. Strong persuasion, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities. Proven experience in lead nurturing, follow-ups, and conversions. Passion for health, wellness, and holistic lifestyle transformation.
