We are dedicated to providing exceptional service and innovative solutions to our clients. We are seeking a talented and motivated Outbound Caller to join our team and contribute to our success.

Job Description :

As a full-time Outbound Caller for our night shift team, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients and generating leads. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, so excellent communication skills and a strong customer-focused approach are essential to this role. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can work well under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Salary upto 4 0000 INR. Per month.

Night Shift job, timing will be discussed during the interview. THIS IS A FULL-TIME JOB; WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR FREELANCERS

Responsibilities :

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients using a provided call list
  • Deliver a clear, persuasive, and professional presentation of our products or services
  • Identify customer needs and tailor your approach accordingly to provide a personalized experience
  • Record and update customer information in the CRM accurately
  • Generate leads and set appointments for sales teams
  • Follow up on leads and appointments to ensure their successful completion
  • Collaborate with other team members to optimize calling strategies and achieve targets
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's or Masters degree
  • Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, CRM systems)
  • Willingness to work night shifts and adapt to a flexible schedule
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
