Experience : 5+ Years

Location : Magarpatta, Pune (Onsite)

Desired Candidate Profile :

  • 5+ years of proven experience in Business Development within the Staffing / Recruitment industry.
  • Strong networking, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Prior experience in client acquisition, talent acquisition coordination, and team handling .
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills with a proven record of closing deals.
  • Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and lead a team.
  • Detail-oriented, strategic thinker, and proactive in achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Acquire & onboard new clients (Domestic & US staffing).
  • Drive business development & strengthen client relationships.
  • Support recruitment teams in timely talent delivery.
  • Lead and manage a team of recruiters / BD executives.
  • Generate leads via networking, references & business channels.
  • Deliver sales pitches, negotiate contracts & close deals.
  • Conduct market research to spot new opportunities.
  • Achieve revenue targets and contribute to business growth.
