Role Purpose :
We are looking for an HR professional to act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for our clients, managing end-to-end HR activities and payroll processes. The role involves coordination with client teams, execution of HR operations, and ensuring smooth delivery of HR services.
Responsibilities :
1. Generate end to end payroll
2. Updating payroll records
3. Manage leave & time attendance through system
4. Responsible for day to day HR ops
5. Regular progress update to the manager
6. Understands on HR practices, Compensation & Benefits & Labour Laws
7. Upkeep & execution of SOPs as agreed with client
8. Maintain Tracker of pending work per client
9. Timely & Accurate execution of all process
Skills & Qualifications :
a. 1 year of experience in HR Operations / Payroll / HRIS / HRMS preferred.
b. Freshers with a relevant HR degree (MBA / PGDM / HR specialization) are welcome to apply.
c. Strong understanding of HR practices and labour laws (basic level).
d. Good communication skills and client handling ability.
e. Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
f. Hands-on experience with HRIS / HRMS tools is an advantage.
