The Network Operations Lead is responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and security of the company's network infrastructure. This role will oversee daily operations, lead a team of network engineers / technicians, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive network reliability and efficiency. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with leadership skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the Network Operations team (L1–L3 engineers).
• Monitor and maintain enterprise network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, WLAN, firewalls, VPN, load balancers).
• Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Establish and maintain operational procedures, playbooks, and escalation paths.
• Ensure 24 / 7 / 365 network availability with proactive monitoring and automated alerts.
• Collaborate with security teams to enforce compliance with corporate standards and best practices.
• Manage vendor relationships, service providers, and network contracts.
• Perform capacity planning and propose network improvements.
• Drive root cause analysis (RCA) for major incidents and ensure preventive measures are implemented.
• Prepare performance reports, metrics, and dashboards for leadership.
