Summary : As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as a software detective, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot complex problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring the seamless operation of applications that are vital to business functions. You will engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide timely solutions, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities : - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation / contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for application support. - Provide training and guidance to junior team members on troubleshooting techniques. Professional & Technical Skills : - Must To Have Skills : Proficiency in Palo Alto Networks Prisma Access Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), Palo Alto Networks Firewalls, Palo Alto ICS / SCADA Security. - Strong understanding of network security principles and practices. - Experience with incident management and problem resolution processes. - Familiarity with cloud-based security solutions and their integration. - Ability to analyze logs and performance metrics to identify issues. Additional Information : - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Palo Alto Networks Prisma Access Secure Access Service Edge (SASE). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
