Head - Training and Development needed in a School (IGCSE) in Mumbai.

Lead a flagship teacher growth initiative -

Role –

Design & Lead Programs : Build high-quality teacher training content, policies, and structured development frameworks aligned with schools' mission.

Coach & Inspire Teachers : Mentor educators, provide timely feedback, and champion continuous growth.

Be a Thought Partner : Contribute fresh ideas and strategic direction to strengthen the School as a leader in teacher education.

Collaborate & Scale : Work across departments and build partnerships with schools, universities, and education organizations

Education : Master’s in Education or equivalent (a Ph.D. is good to have).

Experience : Extensive leadership in teacher education, with experience designing certification programs and development initiatives.

Skills : Strong leadership, coaching, and communication abilities; deep knowledge of education policies and academic governance.

Mindset : Growth-oriented, open to new ideas, committed to excellence, and eager to push the boundaries of teacher development.

School timing is 7.30 am to 4.30 pm. No Transport facilities. No meal facility.

All Saturdays are off.
