Job Summary

In this position, you will oversee the organization's General Ledger (GL) reconciliation, accruals, financial reporting, and data analysis activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

• Responsible for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
• Handling general ledger reconciliations and journal entries
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
• Preparing financial statements and reports
• Overseeing accounting transactions in the R2R cycle
• Managing fixed assets, intercompany reconciliations, and accruals.
• Coordinating with external / internal auditors.
• Driving process improvements in the closing cycle
• Maintaining and reconciling the general ledger
• Ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data
• Supporting statutory and management reporting
• Preparing and posting journal entries and accruals
• Managing account reconciliations and variance analysis
• Supporting SOX compliance and audits
• Collaborating with other finance teams for data consolidation
• Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP / IFRS)
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Good knowledge of internal controls and SOX compliance
• Analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure during closing cycles
• Good communication and coordination skills
