Job descriptionBachelors Degree 3-4 years of experience 9 : 30AM-6 : 30PM (Monday to Friday) Preferably candidates with own transport would be an added advantage as this position requires the person to travel across centres within Delhi NCR region We are looking for a responsible Regional Safety Officer to facilitate compliance with the organisational health and safety guidelines. You will provide advice on measures to minimize hazards or unhealthy situations. You will also be on a constant lookout for violations. Implementation of Health and Safety Policies across Region. Audit and Risk assessment of all the Centres in the Region biannually. Audit & Risk assessment for newer centre prior to launch in the region Ensure / coordinate various Trainings conducted in the region as per schedule Fire drill and evacuation, first aid, POCSO etc.. Ensure compliance documents in place as required Transport & Food Safety through regular Audits and action in place timely Induction to new staff in the Region on Health & Safety Is calm and composed at all times and a good team player Demonstrates professional behaviour while interacting with team members Acting as a guide to colleagues in times of doubt and helping them take appropriate decisions and actions Detail Oriented Give importance to Safety & Precautionary measures Willingness to travel to centres across Delhi NCR (as this is a regional role)
