Role

Join an autonomous, entrepreneurial IA team to design, build, and scale automations that deliver measurable impact across multiple functions. You’ll own the full lifecycle—discovery, design, development, deployment, and support—while championing quality, security, and continuous improvement.

Must-haves

5+ years Blue Prism development and Blue Prism certification

CS / Engineering degree (must-have)

Solid .NET / C# / SQL , HTTP APIs / Web Services , GitLab, Agile / Scrum

Knowledge of Blue Prism architecture / infrastructure components

Excellent English communication

Nice to have

Python (pandas, NumPy); AI / ML (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)

NLP (summarization, sentiment, NER)

AWS (RDS, EC2, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, Lambda, SageMaker, VPC)

Vault / Passport / GitLab for UAM & config management

Terraform for IaC and AWS deployments
