We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to engage with customers, promote products or services, and generate business leads. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a professional attitude, and a goal-oriented mindset to meet and exceed daily and monthly targets. Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided leads and databases to promote products and services.
- Handle and resolve inbound customer inquiries, questions, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to generate interest and secure sales.
- Persuade potential customers to purchase or schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and sales conversions.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve campaigns and overall customer experience.
- Update and maintain customer information databases with new information as required.
- Handle customer objections and rejections professionally, maintaining a positive attitude.
- Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve products, services, and sales strategies.
Qualifications
Education : High school diploma or equivalent is often required; a bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus.Experience : Previous experience in a telecalling, telesales, or customer service role is preferred.Language : Fluency in the required language (e.g., English, regional languages) is a must.Skills
